Mark Schmidt founded  Solutions in 1998 after working for point-of-sale companies on both the East and West coasts. As Operations Manager and Programming Manager, Mark developed a deep knowledge of not only MICROS point-of-sale systems, but of how point-of-sale fits into the hospitality industry.

Loren Schmidt joined  in 2001, bringing with her extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Starting in point-of-sale, Loren was a Lead Installer and Project Manager for a dealership in the New York City metropolitan area. She was also the National Training Manager for a early dot-com company that provided inventory services for Restaurants. The combination of operations and training allows her unique insights into helping the customer optimize their systems.

Over the years, Mark and Loren have put together a team of professionals with a wide range of industry experience.  They have built  into a business that focuses on creating relationships and using their expertise to find solutions that allow customers to maximize their point-of-sale systems, whether it is through a seamless install or a custom developed solution.
